DBCO Labeled

DBCO-Labeled Functionalized Magnetic Beads are magnetic particles surface-functionalized with dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) groups, enabling copper-free Click Chemistry via strain-promoted alkyne–azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with azide-labeled biomolecules.

These beads facilitate gentle, selective, and efficient capture or immobilization of azide-tagged proteins, nucleic acids, or other molecules without the need for metal catalysts. Their magnetic core allows for easy separation and handling in purification, enrichment, and labeling workflows.
