Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Operations professional to join our team as the Sales Operations Leader. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting sales with system platform management, sales data reporting, distribution and supply agreements, and onboarding and training enablement. You will collaborate across functional teams to make sure the sales team is running as efficiently and productively as possible. As the Sales Operations Leader, you will be responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support to the sales team members with ownership of our Customer Relationship Management system, SalesForce.com. This position reports to the Vice President of Commercial.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the US Direct Sales Team
- Designing sales team territory maps and quota targets
- Develop / evolve commission plan(s) and quarterly reporting.
- Support with contracts such as supply agreements and quality agreements.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop and evolve sales training (onboarding and enablement)
- Partner with sales leader and marketing team members to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
- Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members.
- Supporting the International Business Development leaders
- Report monthly bowlers and dashboards for revenue reporting.
- Support with contracts such as distribution and supply agreements, including managing pricing files.
- Support with selected distribution quarterly business reviews.
- Operations (Systems management)
- Manage SalesForce.com reporting.
- Collaborate with the US Sales Leader to enforce Customer Relationship Management toll compliance and integrity.
- Responsible for all forecasting reports
- Develop / evolve pipeline key reporting (leading / lagging indicators) metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
- Coordinate internal quarterly business reviews with all stakeholders.
- Generate reporting as requested from other departments.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Job Qualifications (Experience, Education, Knowledge, and Skills):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Life Sciences, or related field
- 3+ years of proven ability using SalesFore.com and Tableau to provide actionable commercial reporting that enables decisions that drive business growth and profitability.
- 3+ years of experience driving commercial efficiencies, process development, and productivity improvement.
- Experienced with sales team territory design and creating commission plans with reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and business analytics skills.
- Excellent collaboration, emotional intelligence, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A power user of Microsoft Office.
Data Management:
- Skill in maintaining clean and accurate sales data, ensuring the integrity of information for analysis, and reporting purposes; ability to develop accurate sales forecasts.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 – $160,000. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and other qualifications.

Job Summary:
The Facilities Engineer is responsible for servicing and maintaining the building and laboratory needs of the Scottsdale facility. This person will support maintaining the facility in a safe and orderly operating condition and working with appropriate parties including Vector personnel and building management to modify and / or improve the facility based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the facility in a safe and orderly operating condition, both directly, and through approved contractors and vendors
- Manage facility and equipment maintenance and calibration program through approved contractors and vendors
- Change oil on vacuum pumps and air compressor
- Perform regular inspection of hazardous waste containers, emergency shower and eye wash stations
- Maintain accurate and current safety records in accordance with guidelines
- Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper or internal stakeholders to rectify damages and shortages
- Perform glasswash, purification, and other laboratory support services as needed
- Create and revise documentation according to document control practices as needed
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Job Qualifications (Experience, Education, Knowledge, and Skills):
- Good working knowledge in standard mechanical room and laboratory equipment including, but not limited to o Balances and pipettes
- Vacuum pumps
- Commercial HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing
- DI Water Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular, Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Summary:
Filling reagents into final container bottles and preparing kits of multiple reagents. This includes: obtaining material from bulk storage; printing bottle/container labels; allocating reagent into containers; assembling containers; capping containers and placing finished product into inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Prints labels and applies to bottles and boxes by hand or with machine
- Pipetting reagents into bottles
- Measuring reagent volumes by graduated cylinder and/or analytical pipette
- Weigh out powders or oil material into vials using analytical balance
- Pack vials using CentriVap via dissolve-disperse-drying method
- Pack vials using freeze dryer
- Cap, seal, and label vials
- Put vials away in drawers for inventory
- Check weights of “weight check” vials before and after packing to determine amounts in vials
- Operates packaging equipment: CentriVap Centrifugal Vacuum Concentrator, Freeze Dryer, printer, labeler, oil pumps
- Prepares components, bottles, inserts, and instructions
- Assembles Kits
- Verifies accuracy and documents batch records
- Works following directions from Manager and SOPs
- Assists in creating and editing documentation according to document control practices
- Keeps inventory status on products
- Maintains a clean, orderly and safe laboratory environment following health and safety guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
- 1–3 years prior manufacturing experience
- Ability to work with chemicals and organic solvents
- Ability to wear latex/nitrile gloves and safety glasses
- Ability to accurately and efficiently follow directions
