TCO Labeled

TCO-Labeled Functionalized Agarose is an affinity resin in which agarose beads are modified with trans-cyclooctene (TCO) groups, enabling rapid and selective conjugation through inverse electron-demand Diels–Alder (IEDDA) click reactions with tetrazine-labeled molecules. This copper-free Click Chemistry approach allows for gentle, bioorthogonal immobilization or capture of biomolecules under physiological conditions. TCO-labeled agarose is ideal for purifying or isolating tetrazine-modified proteins, peptides, or other ligands from complex mixtures.
