Picolyl Azide Labeled

Picolyl Azide-Labeled Functionalized Agarose is a solid-phase affinity resin modified with picolyl azide groups, optimized for copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) in Click Chemistry applications. The picolyl azide enhances reaction efficiency by chelating copper ions, allowing faster and more selective conjugation to alkyne-tagged biomolecules.

This resin is ideal for capturing, immobilizing, or purifying click-labeled proteins, nucleic acids, or other molecules from complex mixtures.
