DOTA radioisotope delivery reagents are functionalized chelators designed for stable incorporation of radiometals such as ⁶⁴Cu, ⁶⁸Ga, ⁹⁰Y, and ¹⁷⁷Lu into biomolecules. These reagents enable site-specific labeling through reactive groups (e.g., NHS esters, amines, azides) and often include monodisperse PEG (dPEG®) spacers to enhance solubility and reduce non-specific binding.
