Amine Reactive Benzyl PEG molecules are a class of heterobifunctional PEGylation reagents that combine an amine-reactive group—typically an NHS ester—with a benzyl moiety tethered through a defined polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer. These reagents are designed for targeted and stable modification of biomolecules, especially proteins and peptides, through covalent coupling to primary amines, which are commonly found on lysine residues or N-terminal amino groups.
