Azido-PEG4-Acid is a polyethylene glycol-containing reagent with a terminal carboxylic acid that can be reacted with primary amine groups in the presence activators (e.g. EDC, or DCC) forming a stable amide bond. The hydrophilic PEG4 spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
