<p>AZDye™ 594 TCO reacts with tetrazines to produce a stable, covalent linkage, also referred to as the inverse-electron demand Diels-Alder cycloaddition reaction. This reaction is extremely fast (k &#62; 800 M <sup>-1</sup> s<sup>-1</sup>), selective, biocompatible, and does not require Cu-catalyst or elevated temperatures. Such excellent reaction rate constants are unparalleled by any other bioorthogonal reaction pair described to date.</p>
<p>AZDye™ 594 is bright, water-soluble, and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10 red-fluorescent dye with absorption and emission maxima at 590 and 617 nm, respectively. It can be used with the 561 nm and 594 nm laser lines. AZDye™ 594 dye conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, and amplification substrates often used for generation of stable signal in imaging and flow cytometry. AZDye™ 594 dye structurally is identical to <a href="https://www.thermofisher.com/us/en/home/life-science/cell-analysis/fluorophores/alexa-fluor-594.html">Alexa Fluor® 594</a>. Its absorption/emission spectra is a perfect match to spectra of many other fluorescent dyes based on sulfonated rhodamine core, including DyLight® 594, CF® 594 Dye, ATTO-594 and Alexa Fluor® 594.</p>

<p>AZDye™ 488 TCO reacts with tetrazines to produce a stable, covalent linkage, also referred to as the inverse-electron demand Diels-Alder cycloaddition reaction. This reaction is extremely fast (k &#62; 800 M -1 s-1), selective, biocompatible, and does not require Cu-catalyst or elevated temperatures. Such excellent reaction rate constants are unparalleled by any other bioorthogonal reaction pair described to date.</p>
<p>AZDye™ 488 is a bright, and highly photostable, green-fluorescent probe optimally excited by the 488 nm laser line. This probe is water-soluble and its fluorescence is pH independent over a wide pH range. The brightness and photostability of blue dyes are best suited to direct imaging of low-abundance targets.</p>
<p>AZDye™ 488 is structurally identical to Alexa Fluor® 488. Its absorption/emission spectra is a perfect match to spectra of many other fluorescent dyes based on sulfonated rhodamine 110 core, including DyLight® 488, Alexa Fluor® 488.</p>
