					<description><![CDATA[<p>Amino-dPEG®11-ONH-t-boc, product number QBD-11112, is a PEGylation reagent that is useful as a building block or modifier. The medium-length (38 atoms, 43.8 Å), single molecular weight discrete PEG (dPEG®) spacer is functionalized with a primary amine and a boc-protected oxyamine at opposite ends of the dPEG® chain. The amine reacts with carboxylic acids and their active esters (NHS, TFP, PFP, etc.) to form stable amide bonds. The oxyamine group reacts with aldehydes and ketones to form non-labile oxime bonds, following removal of the boc protecting group with formic acid or trifluoroacetic acid. The flexible dPEG® spacer increases conjugate molecules' hydrodynamic volume and increases their water solubiliby. Uses for this compound include building novel crosslinkers and designing water-soluble payload delivery systems.</p>
