The spiral ganglion containing the primary auditory neurons is located in the inner ear. In this spiral ganglion section anti-S100 (orange-red) is labelling the satellite glial cells that wrap the primary auditory neuron cell bodies. VECTASHIELD with DAPI (blue) was used to label all cell nuclei.
