Frontal view of the developing nervous system in 3 dpf larval zebrafish. Zebrafish were stained with anti-acetylated α-tubulin antibody marking axon tracts and Hoechst labeling nuclei. Maximum intensity projection of a confocal Z-stack. Antibody staining fluorescence was preserved using VECTASHIELD antifade mounting media.
