Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded human intestines stained with primary antibody Rabbit anti Cytokeratin 19 [EP1580Y], a cytoskeleton marker. Second antibody used is biotinylated anti-Rabbit/Mouse IgG universal antibody, ABC reagents used for signal amplification (VECTASTAIN Elite ABC-HRP Kit Peroxidase, Universal), then developed with DAB Substrate Kit with Nickel, counterstained with Hematoxylin QS.
Products used: VECTASTAIN® Elite ABC-HRP Kit (Peroxidase, Universal) – (PK-6200), DAB Substrate Kit, Peroxidase (HRP), with Nickel, (3,3′-diaminobenzidine) – (SK-4100), Hematoxylin QS Counterstain – (H-3404-100).
